HTRAQ tag enclosures
RFTRAQ designs a variety of formatted and bespoke tag enclosures to suit different client requirements depending on the application. They are designed by RFTRAQ’s engineering team, prototyped and tested in-house and sub contracted for assembly subject to rigorous QA/QC criteria.
Examples of the sorts of challenges we have had to overcome include:
- Resistance to high levels of static electricity, often found in manufacturing
- Resistance to acid and other corrosive materials, again found in manufacturing
- Resistance to extremes in temperatures
- Use in heavy industrial and other hostile environments
- Extremely rugged tags i.e. can withstand Newton tonnages in excess of fork lift trucks, lorries etc driving over the tag
Our in-house design and manufacturing capabilities enable us to develop a solution for both tag and enclosure in parallel. We have found enclosures are typically critical to a working tag in a heavy industrial situation. Experience has taught us that tags and enclosures often need to be modified to suit the application.
RFTRAQ has the in-house expertise to design and test to required CE, ISO and other standards, enclosures for use in most conceivable applications.
