HTRAQ Sensors
Sensors are devices that are used for collecting specific types of data as part of any asset tracking or software solution. They can vary greatly in size and design, can be wired or wireless and generally have a dedicated purpose, for example:
- Temperature sensors;
- Vibration sensors;
- Counting sensors;
- Humidity sensors;
- Impact sensors;
- Light sensors (with on/off sensitivity);
- Acceleration / deceleration sensors;
- Other sensors available upon request and technical feasibility.
Sensors can be in-built into RFTRAQ’s tags and devices and the data collection from these sensors can be handled by dedicated STRAQ software solutions.
Environmental conditions are often a fundamental variable in affecting machine performance where they may impact either the machine or the raw material being used in a production process.
Sensors are a key tool not just in production machinery diagnostics and OEE (Operating Equipment Efficiency) performance, but also in monitoring goods in transit, handling or storage.
