In-house manufacturing and assembly capability
RFTRAQ’s in-house manufacturing and assembly capabilities extend to:-
- Asset tracking devices including active RFID tags and readers;
- Tag and device enclosures, designed for specific client use
The rationale for having these capabilities in house is:
- Significantly shorter delivery times to clients;
- Being able to customise products for client specific use, for example, a different profile of PCB (printed circuit board), tag antennas, tag size, sensor additions to the tag, enclosure designs and so on;
- Quality control and assurance for readers in particular;
- Accelerated speed of new product research & development;
- Cost;
- Availability of stock
RFTRAQ have recently invested in new state of the art dedicated production facilities, images of which are shown on the right.
