Douglas Hogg
(CEO & Board Member)                              

Douglas has lived and worked in the UK, Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia with 20 years experience in operational management at MD/CEO level primarily in early stage companies. Sectors include client side project finance, investment banking, HM Treasury (London), private equity & venture capital, asset finance and TMT      (Technology Media and Telecommunications). He originally qualified as a lawyer with Herbert Smith and holds a law degree from Leicester University.

Steve Gardner ACA
(Finance Director & Board Member)

Steve is a Chartered Accountant qualifying with BDO Stoy Hayward in London. He has worked with BDO Stoy Hayward in Audit Assurance and also Corporate Taxation and Finance. He has been the Group Finance Director of the Secure Storage Group Limited, a business to business and consumer services group, and also Chief Financial Officer of Primal Pictures Limited; a UK based Software Company in the healthcare and education sectors. He holds a degree in Economics from Bristol University.

Peter Milton
(Managing Director & Board Member)

Peter has over 25 years experience in the newsprint and publishing industry, initially as the Production Director of Adscene plc as part of the founding management team that subsequently listed and sold the company. He was the founder of the publishing business that was absorbed within what became RFTRAQ in 2004. He has worked in sales in FMCG markets, and has also been a CID officer. He is a trained synthetic chemist.

Dr. Paul Delooze B.Eng PhD
(CTO: Technology Hardware)

Paul joined RFTRAQ in 2005 having completed his doctorate in magnetic physics and magnetic field sensor arrays. His working experience ranges from design and development to manufacturing of micro electronics. He holds a 1st class degree in computer engineering.

Christopher Haynes
(CTO: Telecommunications & Infomatics)

Prior to joining RFTRAQ, Christopher was the Head of R&D for The Vodafone Group plc (UK). He has over 20 years experience in terrestrial and satellite telecommunications and radio access networks with companies including Plessey Research and Orbitel Mobile Communications. He holds a degree in Communications Engineering from the University of Kent.

Mark Rebholz BA (Hons) MBCS CITP
(Head of Software Development)
Prior to joining RFTRAQ Mark was a senior consultant for the Gartner Group in the UK, a global IT consultancy company where his responsibilities included benchmarking performance management and providing recommendations related to IT Infrastructure and Applications, to major clients. He has 12 years experience in the IT industry and previous roles include IT management and consultancy for DVTel UK and Peregrine Systems, both software companies. He holds a degree in Business Studies and German from Swansea University.   

Fred Milton
(Engineering Director)

Prior to joining RFTRAQ, Fred was the Engineering Director for Sico (UK) Limited, the UK subsidiary of a North American manufacturing company.  He and his team between them have hundreds of years of experience in designing and building electrical & mechanical equipment, production lines, SCADA software systems (Systems Control And Data Acquisition), stress and materials (including polymers) engineering, and the expertises required to innovate RTCs and to innovate the machinery to handle them.

John Nettleton
(Chairman)

John Nettleton is a Director of Wates Group plc and a former Managing Director of Wates City of London Plc. Former directorships include Chairman of Time Assurance, Deputy Chairman of Charterhouse Magna Assurance Ltd, Chairman of Abacus Self Storage Ltd and First Property Asset Management Ltd. He qualified as a Solicitor and practiced with Slaughter & May.
 
Michael Simon
(Non Executive Director)

Michael Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He currently serves on the boards of public and private companies and the Advisory Board of the largest training network for professional accountants in the UK. He has a Masters Degree in economics from Cambridge University.

Robert Drummond
(Non Executive Director)

Robert Drummond is Chairman of Chrysalis VCT PLC, Acta SpA (AIM Listed) and Cornerstone Developments Ltd. He was formerly a regional director of 3i; Managing Director of NatWest Ventures and Grosvenor Development Capital PLC. He was also a Council Member and Chairman of the British Venture Capital Association between 1994– 1998.

Jeremy Mogford
Jeremy Mogford is an entrepreneur and investor in high growth companies. His background is in the catering industry where he founded and owned Browns Restaurants which he built into a national restaurant chain over 25 years before selling it on. He has interests across a variety of sectors including Mogford Hotels in the South of England. He has an Hon Doctorate from Brookes University, a Bsc from Surrey University and is a former Catey Restaurateur of the Year.
